When addressing "Are you overqualified for this position?" in an interview, it's important to reassure the interviewer of your commitment and enthusiasm for the role. Here's a strong response:

"I understand why you might think that, given my background. However, I see this role as an opportunity to bring my skills and experience to the table while continuing to grow and contribute meaningfully. I’m genuinely excited about the chance to work with your team and believe my qualifications will allow me to hit the ground running and add value right away. My goal is to align with the company’s vision and make a positive impact."
If you think that I am over qualified then it's a compliment for me. Thank you.

In my opinion, it's better to be overqualified instead of underqualified.

Just imagine I have 100tk and you are asking for 80. I can easily give you but if you will ask me 110tk then how will I give you?

So I think I am happy with my overqualification.
One of my teachers said no one is in this world is perfect for any position but their hard work and enthusiasm will make them qualified there is no chance for over qualify at anywhere. So I can give you guarantee that I can fulfill this position with my experience and my knowledge up to my level best.
